Welcome to the École Dansereau Meadows Hot Lunch and Fundraiser Site
This system will be used to place orders for Hot Lunch and Fundraisers.
The EDMS Hot Lunch Program is an optional fundraiser organized and run completely by parent volunteers and our fundraising society - the École Dansereau Meadows School Parent Association. Our Hot Lunch Program will run weekly as long as we have enough parent volunteers to keep it in place.
**We have a Hot Lunch Access Fund in place to help those students whose families are not financially able to purchase Hot Lunch. You must first create a user account and register your child(ren). When placing your order, please select your items and check the box at the bottom of the page that says "I wish to use the Hot Lunch Access Fund" (IMPORTANT - you must check this box for each order). Leave your order as UNPAID, and your child will receive their food on the Hot Lunch day for which you have placed the order. Please select ONLY a main item (such as a sandwich, burger, pizza, pasta, OR a salad), and either a dessert OR a drink. This will ensure that your child is able to enjoy hot lunch, and so will other children who need to access the fund.

Hot Lunch Policies
You can order one Hot Lunch at a time or all available Hot Lunch dates. Please consult your child's class schedule for field trips, etc. as refunds will not be issued.
Hot Lunch can be ordered for students in Grades 1 to 9. It is not available for Kindergarten students, as they do not get a lunch break (only snack). Your child's order will be delivered to their classroom at the designated time. For both elementary and junior high classes this will be at 11:47 am.
We accept order payments online through Bambora (bambora.com) and a processing fee of 2.40% is charged. There is also a $0.30 transaction fee charged to offset the cost of the online system. If you experience any issues with your Bambora account, you must contact Bambora directly to resolve the issue.
Online payment must be received by 11:00 pm on the order deadline date. We are unable to process late and/or unpaid orders. All unpaid orders will be deleted.
If your child is absent on the day of Hot Lunch, you must contact the Parent Association via the e-mail address below by 10:00 am or call the school office by 11:00 am to notify us whether you would like to donate the lunch or pick it up. Lunches to be picked up will be available at the office at 11:50 am for both elementary and junior high students. If we do not hear from you, it will be donated.
If you have forgotten to purchase a hot lunch for your child, please DO NOT phone the vendor and ask to have your order added on to our order.
No changes to the menu can be made. Please purchase the lunch that best fits your dietary needs.
The menu items listed have cues behind them such as (GF - gluten free) or (DF - dairy free). These items will not have the listed allergens in them, but we CANNOT guarantee that they have not come in contact with any allergens.
